Your Partner for the Journey Ahead

"Fearless." That was the word our senior leader used to describe me at the UN Headquarters in New York. For someone from the countryside of São Paulo, the son of Brazilian public school educators, arriving at the United Nations to teach a language that wasn't his at birth, being fearless wasn’t a choice; it was a necessity. This is the energy I now bring to your Travsia.

I hold a Master’s degree from Columbia University in the City of New York, DEI Certificate from Cornell University and I am a certified Leadership Coach. My career spans more than 20 years of global experience of international experience across the United Nations and academia, specializing in change management, leadership development, and strategic facilitation. I have led multiple large-scale global learning initiatives within complex environments. My practice offers a unique combination of learning design, behavioral sciences, mentoring, and executive coaching to enhance collective results and impact.

What I’ll Bring to Your Journey

I bring the background of someone who has taught in multiple contexts, from elementary and high school students in international schools in Brazil to UN diplomats and graduate students at the City University of New York . I bring the experience of having persuaded top-tier global leaders to participate in trainings, "saving" vital projects through pure influence and strategic articulation.
